I have a friend who is a certified pilates instructor and she just got her personal training license. She has started teaching a bootcamp class in a studio in Manhattan and she's only charging 10 dollars right now so she can build her clientele. Her workout is insane. Her bootcamps are on Wednesdays. I teach bootcamp classes too and kickboxing and an Ab attack at Adelphi. They're free! If anyone wants to come just pretend to be a student and come on down!

ooh that sounds great. i may have to do it after the wedding though cause my next 2 wed. are booked since its the last 2 til the wedding.. but i'd still love to get in better shape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
