X-post Just saw this on the news

There is a website called Spokeo that will show all your info. Address, age, everything. You can remove this info.

1)Search for your name
2)if it shows click on it
3)copy the URL address
4)on the bottom of the page there is a privacy tab- click on it and put the URL address in it along with your e-mail
5)hit ok
6) you will get an e-mail to confim it

It will be off that site.

HTH everyone

WOW!!

thanks a TON!

soooo creepy, i just put my name in and my address came up, then i put FHs name and you can see his address and a picture of the front of his house it gives a ridiculous amount of information. totally creepy

SCARY!

i just searched for me and it has some info.. some wrong and some right. I tried to remove my name, but it gave me this error:

'In order to prevent abuse, we must limit the frequency of privacy requests. Please try again tomorrow'

I guess I'll try again tomorrow!

Thanks!!!
