X-post - Seitan

Any veggies/vegans/veggie curious guys/gals out there have any recipes using seitan to share?

I have never cooked with it before, and we just bought some to try it out. I have eaten it before though.

TIA

If you have a grill, you can grill it, put some kind of sauce on it, i.e. barbeque sauce, and eat it in a hero, sandwich, etc. I like seitan, but I'm a tofu girl myself

I use it in stirfry sometimes.

ETA: When I get home, I will post some of my seitan recipes. I have a ton of vegan cookbooks.
