I am going away next month and i get so anxious when I am on a plane.. I want something thats going to not make me feel nervous NO MATTER what and possibly put me to sleep for most of the flight..
anyone know which is better.. flight is 4 hours...

I hate to fly too!! But I have to say that once my doctor gave me a sleeping pill and I took it and it DID NOT put me to sleep. It made me even more nervous and I couldn't take anything else while that was in my system (it had to be the worst flight ever). Now I take xanax because it takes the edge off.

For MY next flight, i will definitely be investing in some xanex or something because i get very anxious on planes as well. Between 9/11 and a HORRENDOUS trip to Florida, I'm a basket case on planes and I hate that I am that way.
