I like #1.
#2 seemed repetative but it looks nice as well.
Perhaps seeing a few lines up would be better to get a feel but dont want you to waste boxes just to see.

I was going to vote #2 but what if someone has a guest and you aren't sure of the guest's name? So I say #1.

I like the way #2 looks - how both sides look the same, but it's also harder to see the table #.
