its not sickening at all, and the most important thing is that is has meaning to you .

you should be pleased with all of your hard work and creativity and just enjoy the fact that all those details you've worked so hard for will come together beautifully on your special day.

I am appologizing if people thought I tried to steal peoples credit for ideas or things done. I never ment to do that. I never said,,,This is my idea' I just posted pics.

jenny i'm sorry you felt the need to share your thoughts on butterflies with us..that should be special to you and i wish you didn't feel obligated to explain yourself.

It IS about sharing! Don't let this stop you from doing that! Everyone here makes things and posts pics of them, and I don't think anyone says - Oh, I'm the first and only person to think of this, or this is *specifically* where I got this idea from! I never have! How many menus have been posted - who first thought up vellum overlays with ribbon?! *DON'T* get all apologetic.

Keep creating things and letting us see them. Most people will appreciate them and will draw inspriation from them, and even if they're not their style, be glad that you made them.

I'm not too sure what happened, however if thats what happened...no need to apologize.
This board is to post ideas, and help brides...Brides helping Brides, and if someone got upset at u for that, they shouldnt be posting on BHB....
and on top if it...so what if ppl take ideas from other ppl, if ur not going to each others weddings, (nor is the guest list the same) then i dont see the big deal.

Never apologize for being who you are, and for loving the theme of your wedding. I think it is beautiful. You are beautiful and kind and never EVER have spoken in such a hateful way.

I dare say that the MAJORITY of the girls on here appreciate you and your advice and suggestions. I know I have!

I'm so sorry you felt you had to apologize for comments made by some people who are apparently very unhappy souls.

I have gotten many great ideas from the ladies on this board, and if that means I 'STOLE' them, then LOCK ME AWAY!!!

I thought sharing was the idea!

Don't be discouraged...their negativity will keep them from ever being truly happy in life...don't let it pass on to you!

Come on ladies, there is enough drama in all our own lives, I'm sure. Do we really need to create more on here? I came here because I enjoyed seeing new and creative ideas and hearing that I was not the only one stressed over this or that; not because I felt day time TV needed a rival.

I never really go online at home so I missed whatever went on during the weekend but I loved all of your ideas, I am a butterfly fanatic. Thats why I got a tatoo of one. I was in an abusive relationship for 4 years and once I was able to build up my self-esteem enough to leave him, I got this tatoo to symbolize that I am now free as a butterfly. It is also a way to keep me away from him. (Now that I am engaged that isnt an issue)

I was just in the middle of reading the thread and I clicked on pg 3 and it was GONE. Not a surprise!

Jenny and all brides- feel good about yourself no matter what, it is very imortant... and for anyone insulting people, maybe look on the bright side and if we can turn our backs to insults, I believe it makes us stronger.

Your wedding should be a reflection of you and your FI. As long as that is the case - you will have a wonderful and beautiful wedding. I tell all brides to be that. I think that is the most important thing a bride to be should do in their planning - make the wedding a reflection of the couples personality. I don't think you should ever feel a reason to have to defend your choices and ideas for your wedding.

And most of the ideas that are posted on this site aren't original - so doubt you are stealing anything. Don't feel that way.
