what about maniure -pedicure gift certificates, or bath robes from target to wear when they are getting ready the day of.

I would love that idea for myself but, the problem is, neither one of them are into frilly things. The picture frame isn't bad for his mom but, my aunt (honorary MOB) is a pain. She doesn't like anything that could be a waste of money. She makes people return stuff if it isn't something useful. Ugh.
