How does a landlord come into play if you are the ones buying the property?

I must have gotten the 'Binder' confused thinking you are buying. Are you renting?

I would take it.... as long as the landlords aren't sticks in the mud, they should realize that you are a young couple and therefore do not have the same lifestyle preferences as they do.... they would have to take this into consideration otherwise why would they rent out the apartment in the first place.
