I was only broken up with my boyfriend about 2 months when I met JT, but the other guy was a total tool who I wasn't serious about anyway

Dated the ex for about 4 years and was only broken up with him for about 2 months before I met my DH.

Gosh that really didnt leave me a lot of time to date...but I met a few inbetween!

I met DH while I was dating my ex....I was having trouble withthe ex at the time (thank god!) and DH was my 'knight in shining armor'.

I already knew DH because we worked together but we got together about 4 motnhs after breaking up with an ex I dated on & off for two years.

I put other.... I was nursing the wounds of a broken heart and taking consolation in the arms of a couple of guys... then I met FH and they got kicked to the curb.

Go ahead beat me up..... I'll get that flame retardant suit that's been making the rounds.

I was broken up with mine for a while but DH had just come out of a broken engagement 3 months before.

I had some overlap. I was in a relationship that was all but officially dead when DH and I met. Never thought DH would be the person I would marry because after breaking up with someone the last thing I was looking for was another long term relationship..we dated for over 6 years and then were officially engaged and got married....

DH and I got together at the very beginning of our senior year in high school. So, yes I had a b/f a few months prior, but it wasnt a real relationship. DH is my high school sweetheart.

I was living with somebody!
The relationship was on its last leg and meeting my DH (how wonderful he was) was the final straw. We broke up, I moved out a month later and started dating DH.

We were grew up in the same neighborhood. Have known eachother for years. I was single for over a year. Just a few dates here and there, nothing serious.

I broke up with my last BF about 4 months before I met FH, but I was seeing someone else the same time I was seeing FH for about the first month. Then I broke it off with the other guy.

I had broken up with my last serious 'ex' about 5-6 months before I 'met' my wonderful FH .. During those 5-6 months, though, I became a serial dater.. LOL I guess I needed to get it out of my systerm, since that was the first time I dated a lot... at which point I realized I HATED dating and liked being either alone or in a relationship! LOL

When I say 'met' my FH (in quotes) I mean that we chatted online for a few months before actually MEETING each other. But honestly even from those first rounds of endless emails, I didn't want to date anyone else .. I was already 'his' and I just knew he was someone REALLY special . Damn was I hooked on him (still am!).

And in mere weeks after we DID finally meet in the flesh, I was totally head over heels in love

Umm, we don't know when we met, so I couldn't really answer. I picked Other.
FH was a friend of a friend, so I knew of his existence, but I'm not sure for how long. Probably about a year before my last break up,
but didn't ever really talk to each other.

We starting dating about 2 years after my last serious realtionship ended. It was about 6 moths after I had gone on a couple of dates with Fh's friend
(that guy ended it to date his best friend who is now his wife- so all's is well, we see them all teh time & they are all invited to the wedding.)
