Yes you can and a nice top!

Why not?? I wear chunky step ins wheneve I an, I prefer step in shoes (my best friends mom wears them all year round-the chunkier ones)

I'm a jeans & sneakers only kinda gal - maybe boots.

I wouldn't wear mules after October probably ...

I don't like them - I wear boots with my jeans - the kind like you posted before, love them, I'm not a pointy shoe girl - can't pull that one off!

Same here, so maybe you shouldn't listen to me either...and some days I'm lucky if I get into jeans...I like sweats

I love pointy shoes! I wear them with jeans all the time. Mules definitely can be worn through the fall.

glad to hear I am not the only one who feels that why.

I don't know why I have such a problem keeping up to date...MAybe because I don't work in an office, wear sweats to work,,,and the people I see are mainly in sweats too

Okay, I would be the happiest gal on earth if I could wear sweats all the time!!

I like pointy shoes. I used to think the looked like witch shoes, but they grew on me. I like #2 and #3. What kind are #3--Ive been looking for backless small heeled pointy shoes.

I think they look great with jeans or even nice pants.

Jenny - do you read any magazines like lucky or elle or shop...that will help you keep up with trends.

Also - check out www.style.com

Do you get the style network? That is good to watch to learn how to create designer looks.

I also am always browsing the net for ideas.

There are a few fall pcs. you can add to your wardrobe to 'update' it.

Try a tweed jacket
A fitted blazer
A sparkly Brooch
Some long earrings
Anything Purple
something animal print
a moc croc purse

these are just some ideas
