I just got over a cold, in only 4 days, and usually I get a sinus infection for a month at a time...

I took Echinacea every day and Zinc cough drops, I can't believe it worked!!! Also lots of Orange juice... and rest!

I second the zinc drops. Go buy some 'Coldeeze'- they sell it in the cough drop aisle of the drug store. They don't taste too bad, and they REALLY do shorten the life of a cold. I used to get sick for 2 weeks straight and these cut my colds down to a few days. Just take them as soon as you start to feel sick and basically finish the bag.

I'm sick too. It sux.
NyQuil and DayQuil are the only meds getting me through this. Feel Better!

I usually live on Dayquil when I'm sick. Can't take NyQuil.

Ohhh i hope you feel better...i am having sinus thing and i feel achy all over....wish i was in bed!!!

See I could leave but mine is a guilt issue. I have a hard time taking off time.

If I feel this lousy tomorrow I will take the day! Can you get coverage for tomorrow in case you are still not feeling well???
