I left his house with such a peacefullness that I will go to school, we will work out if it's meant to be.
Thats Great!!!! I am very happy for you. If its meant to be- it will be. My DH and I broke up like this, and after 7 months we started 'seeing' each other again. We are now married with our son, and moving to start our life fresh out of town. We are both happy.

Jenny, wow what a great weekend story! You are so well adjusted with everything that has happened, and you have such a good outlook on this sitaution overall. It sounds like you are taking it slow and are both seeing things eye to eye.. and making great progress.. which is wonderful!

you do sound at peace! Thats the exact right approach to take...slow, get to really understand each other...let him get to know himself and you better and then see where things led...it sounds like there is love there thats not going to go away, just maybe needed to be had a different way. I wish you soooo much luck and ya know, it really sounds good. I think no matter what happens you are stronger and wiser as is he and whats meant to be will be!
