I am in the camelot room which is a 165 min... I cannot remember the other rooms... I know the min. in the other rooms is less than 165 but I am not sure of the exact number...call them up!

Min for the Contessa in Sept is 100
Min for Garden Room in May was 125, call and ask about Oct.

I didn't really try to negotiate too much since what they offered me was below my budget anyway.

I forget which room we check out (downstairs closest to floral arrangment) was and seem very small for the amount of ppl 150-175. it had a low ceiling also....

My minimum for the Contessa Room is 100, I think the max is 140. I don't think I would want more than 120- and that is what we thought we would end up with, since we are inviting about 145. It is sort of hard to tell, because I have not seen the room completely set up, but did see the upper level set up with 6 or 7 tables and it looked OK- not too cramped.

Also- wanted to add, my CH is in the afterdeck room - which is right next to the Contessa Room.

We are having our reception in the garden room. Our min is 100. It was original 110 but at the time we didn't think we would make that. It was no big deal for them to lower it. They seem very flexible.
