also, make sure you document whatever happens in case your run problems with c/c company... like what time you call, response, who you spoke with, etc...

I emailed them twice!! so frustrating.

C/C will investage to see what is going on. Depending on store plolciy, they will credit your account back in the full amount (maybe less shipping and handleing). once you first do it, they will put a temporary hold on that item. you may need to fill out paperwork.
depending on the $$, they may just take it off and you dont have to worry.

refuse packaged is more refered to somthing you never ordered but you can still do that. depending on shipping method, probally regular mail...just go to post office and do return to sender and get proof (return repecit)
