Re: What types of Cookie for gifts.....

I just brought rainbow cookies to work today (everyone LOVES them and they look impressive! I posted the recipe on here yesterday), along with chocolate and almond biscotti and spritz cookies. I also love gingerbread men.

I made these chocolate thumb print cookies once that have a chocolate covered cherry in the middle. They're very good also.

Re: What types of Cookie for gifts.....

I would love a gourmet popcorn recipe!

But I ususally make chocolate chip - everyone loves them.
I make hidden treasures dipped in chocolate, thumbprints, russian teacakes,m&m cookies, fudge, rocky road bark... etc
