right now I am on call for work so hoping they don't send me out......otherwise going to NJ to our friends house party. Staying overnight for New Years Day dinner.

Same for Tim ... he has no interest to stay up until midnight ... so I lay on the couch watching myself and call my mom!!

If I don't cook something *special*, we'll probably just go somewhere local & casual.

I'm jealious!!!! (first time was with exFH----we had our first kiss at midnight) Anyway, we went there twice and it was freezing. This year will be ideal though, not too cold. Unless you know someone to get you to the center (that is what we did, always arrived around 10:30pm, and made it to the exact center X of timesquare) you must go early to get a spot. HAVE A BLAST!!!!!

We're planning on getting there pretty early - but we do have a plan b - FSIL's bf is a NYC cop and will be just outside of times square tomorrow night... so we figure we can have him help us out if we need too.
