Don't worry about it! When or if you get a chance, but don't make yourself crazy! I have a ganache to make and a cake to decorate anyway!

But thank you!!

What? Are you having a bake sale to raise wedding funds?

I am having a small party tomorrow & have NO idea what I am making/serving !

Oh a bake sale to raise wedding funds... that's an idea!

No, it's Greek Easter and I made a cake, but I want to make cookies too. Mr Boots has been campaigning for chocolate chip cookies, but they're a PITA and trite. So I'm debating between English Toffee Cookies or Shortbread.

oh that's right! fake Easter!

have fun! I'll FM you when I get home!

Re: Tourist!!

shortbread

1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) unsalted butter
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut butter into 1/2-inch pieces. In a food processor, process all ingredients until mixture begins to form small lumps. Sprinkle mixture into a 13 by 9 by 2-inch baking pan with a metal spatula, pressing evenly onto bottom. Bake shortbread in middle of oven until golden, about 20 minutes

and some other shortbread recipies from the food network
