they're realy good. it depends on the type..marinara sauce or even just a light garlic and oil or wine sauce...don't some of them come with sauce packets? I've had a lot fo diff kinds, so I don't know which exactly you're referring to. I find they have a lot of flavor on their own, so the plainer the better

I got the chicken ones... I think they had spinach in them? They were sooooo good... i made them with a light pesto sauce...

yum!!!

Would also be good with a light cream sauce.

I have spinach and cheese ones. IM not sure of the brand but they are SOOO good. I put a small amout of EVOO on them.
