When I think of black tie events, I think of long dresses so I vote for #1. I also think it's a little different from the typical black dress.

I think the first one is the most appropriate. I think if the wedding is black tie then women should wear full length gowns. JMO though. BTW they all look FABULOUS on you!!!

What time of day? If night I would Def pick #1, If day I would still pick #1 but change jewlery so not to dressy.
