I actually have the 2ns one adn LOVE it...I got so many compliments when wearing it..

BUt I really love the first one!!!!!!!!!
ETA: i just looked at the pix again and I REALLY LOVE the first one!!!!!!! that is a hot dress

I LOVE #1 - it's so elegant and different. Not too much boobage at all - it's long so you are otherwise covered. Very tasteful.

When I think of black tie events, I think of long dresses so I vote for #1. I also think it's a little different from the typical black dress.
