They all sound great! I would try to pick the one that most people will like... IMO it would be the Ceaser.

I chose the Citrus. I don't like Caesar and the first one sounds like a more typical salad. The Citrus seems different and interesting!

I would love the Citrus Salad!!!
A friend of mine had that at her wedding and it was so different and refreshing!

I voted for the first one because some people can't eat Ceasar because it's got egg in it and some people couldn't eat the Citrus one because it has nuts in it.

Ceasar dressing makes me nauseous. It has ancovies! ![]()
The first one is probably the most popular, but the 3rd one is good, if you want to be different.

the citrus sounds good, but Id prefer the Ceaser, even though its common I usually just pick at the more 'fancier' salads at weddings and notice alot of others do too.

Personally, I prefer Caesar salad. I would vote Insalata Grandiose second, with the citrus salad third.

how is it more formal? It's just lettuce with creamy fish dressing?
Dh loves it, I don't get it. It's just lettuce, no other vegetables.

Caesar is probably the favorite but I would pick Citrus if I was a guest and had the choice.
