I would do number 3 or number 2, in that order, but it really depends upon the rest of the menu options.

I LOVE citrus salad. But I would probably pick Caesar cause I think more people like that...FH LOVE It!

I would choose either the first one or the citrus. I would want to keep it the salad course VERY light bc the guests are going to be eating a lot later and they would want the lightest choice possible. Ceasar salad, esp the dressing, can be heavy.

Prior to my food tasting I would have said caesar but now that i have tasted citrus vinigarette i have to make that my choice. It was so delicious.

The Citrus, it just sounds refreshing and I don't see that often.

That's exactly what I was going to say. I'm not a Cesar salad fan at all.

Voted for Caesar....at our wedding we had a choice b/t caesar and garden type (can't remember exactly what it was), it appeared that most people around us got the Caesar.... Hard decision though!

I think I may be the only one, but I think I would go with #1 for the salad.

Personally I would choose #3, but my palate is used to different and unique tastes. We did a mini survey of what older adults and other family members would choose (because they are making up the majority of our reception), and unfotunately they are used to mixed greens or a tossed salad with vinaigrette.

I would go with the first one because some people don't like anchovies and I find that some people get weirded out by oranges in a salad for some reason.

Go for the Ceasar! If there's nuts in it, some people might not be able to eat it. Plus, everybody likes Ceasar, right?

I'm with you on the anchovies but you can't actually taste them in the dressing.
