I think they're just a little over-the-top. Can you wear really dressy flip-flops or slide on type sandals? My shoes are 3 1/2 inches, so I'm bringing a pair of those slip on sandles you can get in the city for $3, just in case.

I am wearing sneakers too!!! Those are a little mcuh for my taste, but I say if you like em, go for it!! Mine are satin w/ chiffon laces. Here are a few pics...
Is anyone even going to be able to see your shoes anyway? You can't see my shoes with my dress-the hem hits just above the floor. I think the shoes are cute (wouldn't wear them on any other day but the wedding though). Go for it-you need to be comfortable on your wedding day. I hate heels and at the first sign of discomfort, I'm putting on my bridal sneakers that my BMs made for me.

I say go for it. your comfort comes first! And, I like them much better than the chinese slippers, IMO

I bought a pair of isotoner satin slippers since I can't seem to fins a shoe that fits confortably with my bad ankle and foot....
I wish I could find a pair of comfortable shoes even if only for the ceremony...I still have 2 months, I will keep looking. FH would be thrilled if I could get a nice pair of shoes on my feeties...

She wore sneakers because the dad in 'Father of the Bride' worked for a Sneaker company. I love the movie- it makes me cry everytime!

My dad worked for keds, so for my wedding and my sister's wedding, my mom decorated canvas keds forus to wear. No one saw them unless I pulled my dress up and showed them. I like the ones you picked out. If you're happy with them, go for it!

IMO, I think they are a little too much.... At the Wedding Center I saw some cute bridal flip flops... Maybe you could try something like that, or even those chinese slippers in white.

My FMIL loves to tell me everyone is going to see your shoes-personally I dont care If they are comfy why not wear them?
