I am new to LI and so is my FI. My parents live in Rochester and my BM live from Florida to Massachusettes to Iowa. Thankfully my FI is into the planning with me. We are paying for the wedding ourselves anyway. I did my gown shopping all by myself. I know that you're not supposed to do that, but I didn't know anyone on Long Island. I'm breezing along.

Kelly, are you in Nassau or Suffolk? I am new around here too. I'm sorry you had to dress shop alone. I went a few times by myself and it made me sad. You are much stronger than me.
