The photographer and possibly your HM. The HM I would say would have to be booked by no later than next month, because I'm sure a lot of places are filling up. I know some places I checked are already sold out, and I've been looking for weeks!!

Bear in mind Valentine's week is a very popular time to get married and go on vacation, so as long as you're picking a different part of the month, you should be okay.

If I were you I would get STDs out ASAP so that people know that you changed your date. Then work on getting your photo/video and limos. Florists are super flexible and you can get that done after you book all the otehr stuff. Then get your HM booked so that you can be sure to have a WONDERFUL vacation!

After the hall I immediately booked our band. To me after the hall, the entertainment is the most important vendor you can book. Also ALWAYS NEGOTIATE!!! Many DJs and Bands will lower their prices in the off season. Don't be afraid to ask. We saved money on price per head and on our band.
