I agree-don't do it that Friday night. You will be wiped out all day Saturday.

It depends on what you are doing. if you are going to party like a rock star, I would have it before your shower. The Friday before your wedding your probably going to have a lot of stuff to do. I would play it safe and have it before the shower. You're going to be a busy girl that weekend.

Party like a rock star is the plan. FH actually had the nerve to say 'Well, you could just not drink a lot.' Um... not an option. I NEVER go out and get hammered, but this is my special night! I'm gonna go absolutely crazy! That's why I want to have ample time to recover before the wedding. I'd much rather be hung over at the shower!

I think we'll be doing the bach. parties the Friday before our Sunday wedding - but that's b/c alot of the people are coming in from out of town. Plus I'm taking the whole week before off to get things done. However, FH and guys are going fishing and drinking, while us girls are doing either a spa thing or dinner and a play in the city or something. We don't plan to be wrecked or anything so I think we should be okay. That being said, if you plan on drinking alot, you should consider doing it earlier. I knew a bride who was still throwing up on her wedding day b/c she got so drunk - you don't want that!

i would do it the night of your shower. you dont want to be out of it the days before your wedding and you dont want to be out of it for your shower either

I think people would be crazy to have it the night before their wedding or shower. Wouldn't they be worried about being hungover and tired? EVen two nights before is nuts. WHat if you get home late Friday night (or SAturday morning) and are shot the whole next day when you're supposed to be doing last minute things for the wedding?
