I say go for it! we were talking about that as well! My dad said he would take the money that he is paying for the wedding with and put it towards a house... then again i want a big wedding.... mom said to do the wedding and see what happens for a house!

In the end, the only ones you have to answer to are yourselves - so if you know in your heart this is what you want and won't regret your decision later, then I say go for it!

All that matters in the end is that you wind up with your soulmate - and the rest of the wedding details are just fluff. I'm sure you'll be happy no matter what you decide.

You should definitely do whatever works best for you. If you had your heart set on a wedding perhaps you could get married sooner and have the reception later on?

If you can do, then do it. FH & I got to a point where we wished we could do that...we just wanted to be married already! A friedn of mine did that also & was so glad she made the decision. Good Luck!!
