I agree. Pepto Bismol too. Sometimes rubbing it actually moves the evil along quicker and expels it faster.

I would do anything to get rid of whatever evil is making me feel this way - I can't even swallow water now.
I can't remember if it is clockwise or counterclockwise for stomach. It's the opposite for intestines. This all according to my mom. But it does help. Just don't rub up and down.
And you said 'lately'. Have you taken a pregnancy test?

I'm okay in that department. I've just been all sorts of sick in general - my doctor insists that it's stress but it's just annoying at this point.

if it keeps up you can get a prescription that keeps the yucky feeling down-I was like that not to long ago and it was stress related
hope you feel better

Well, you are close to the wedding. I'm 3 months away and I'm stressing.

No precsrption stuff - it ***** - go to the supermarket, get a hand of FRESH ginger - chop it uop, and steep in hot mater...
Or, if you are brave - chew on a little piece...
also, grapefruits help me with nausea.
I have a very bad stomach - I'm a pro at this!!!
proactively - stay away from oily, greasy foods...

I do - I'm actually staying away from all high fat food, sugar, wheat, corn, I don't eat dairy and I don't eat red meat. I'm not brave enough to chew ginger - but I'm going to go the gingerale route and mabye follow up with a grapefruit!

I haven't heard it called that in a while. I'm just coming off the shot, so she hasn't visited in a long time.
