Re: NWR - Help please! What do you do to ease nausea?
Have you had your ears checked? You may have an inner ear infection which is causing you to have Vertigo. If you can find them, try using motion sickness bands. They're just elastic bands that you place on your wrist. They really help. Feel better.

Re: NWR - Help please! What do you do to ease nausea?
I have a VERY weak stomach - and to through stages where I can't eat anything without being laid out in bed after in pain (my handbag is like a pharmacy).
I try to eat crackers and drink ginger-ale - but I also take Tums, Pepto Bismal and Zantac as needed (which one depends on symptoms). When I am having stomach issues I also try to limit dairy, acidy foods (tomato sauces, orange juice). Good luck and feel better Sometimes I will even use a heating pad - when I am desperate.

I've had belly issues in the past.
Chamomile tea has worked wonders for me. Also, eating a relatively bland diet consisting of the least processed foods you can find helps me. I also have to stay away from caffiene, alcohol and raw veggies (cooked are fine).
When I had the barfs as a kid, my mom would give us flat coke. Has to be real coke and it has to be flat (tastes kinda wierd, but it helps settle the stomach).
Hope this helps!

When I was growing up, my mom gave us gingerale and saltines or sometimes flat cola. Sounds gross but it works. I hope you feel better soon.

I always found laying down helps the best, especially on my stomach. Bread is good, and tea.

Gald you are feeling better. I probably have the worst stomach problems and I get that all the time. Mostly, stick to a bland diet. But taking one Pepto really helps. Also, try to stay hydrated, it's the #1 cause of nausua and fatigue.
