you can get the dress now and if you lose a significant amount of weight...just exchange it for a smaller size so that when it comes to alterations you don't pay an arm and a leg

I actually got remeasured for mine in Nov..I waited until I went down a dress size
I also let them know that I am on Weight Watchers and hope to be down 10-20lbs by the time the dress comes in..but I didn't order the size that I thought I would be just in case I didn't lose.
