Yep, it all started at work. We both worked for the same company. Now he works for a different one in the same field. I like it this way because I look so forward to seeing him at home. Its tough living and working together IMO.

I love our story!!
I had been working there for quite a few years when FH started. He was being taken on a tour around the company to meet everyone, when we were introduced our eyes met and we just got lost for awhile. We started talking, socializing like co-workers do, but my supervisor knew I liked him and she could tell he liked me too. Lol, it's so jr high. So after about 3 weeks she told him that I liked him, that night he called me up and we went out on our 1st date. As they say, the rest is history!!!![]()

We met at work! I had an instant crush on him the second I saw him! We started off as friends by going out to lunch together, and then we eventually became a couple.

We actually worked togeather for 2 years before we started dating. Once we did, the rest was history.

Yep, we technically count as an 'office romance'
We went to the same college, and had some mutual friends (actually, my ex was friends with my FH and I was knew his ex...too funny), but we never really hung out until we go an internship at the same company the summer before our senior year. We were the only two interns from Boston College, so we spent a ton of time together. We both started working full time two weeks after we graduated, and continued to be friends (we were basically attached at the hip and everyone thought there was something going on even when there wasn't). About a year and a half after we started working full time, I broke up with my BF, and he broke up with his girlfriend within two weeks of eachother. He needed a roommate (because his GF moved out) and I wanted to move b/c I was living alone and was wasting a ton of $$ on rent and utilities. I moved in with him in January 2004, we started dating in March, bought a house together in September 04, and were engaged in December 04...We moved pretty quickly, but he was my best friend for years beforehand. The funniest part is that we got engaged about 1 year to the day from when he broke up with his ex...![]()
I guess some people wouldn't find that as funny as we do, but we found it pretty amusing. I guess when you know, you know...He claims he's always been in love with me. Looking back, I think I was always in love with him. It's funny how life works...
We still work for the same company, but we do the same exact position, so there's no violation of policy...

I have been working at our Wall St office for almost 5 years, and FH started working here for about 4 years later. Last Fall we got put on the same project and began discussing politics and then going out for 'work drinks'
Within a month we were in love. One month.

We met at our field placement while we were both student interns getting our masters degree. We were friends for a year and then we started dating. He graduated first and was employed by the same agency. I graduated and they hired me. The rest is history! ![]()

Oh wow! That must have been awesome when you told your co-workers. I can imagine their faces..lol. Saying to eachother ' I didn't even know they were dating'
