Just shows that people do notice...they just usually keep quiet! If it's something that obviously took some time and effort, people tend to acknowledge it more!!!

I think that's a great idea. I was planning on doing that also for the wedding invites. For our engagement invites we just did our return address label with our first picture of us after we got engaged
