i dont think they take off tax if you pay cash because i m pretty sure you have to pay cash/check.

we have been mailing the payments when they are due.

I don't think anyone should reply 'yes' to this, you never know who is reading the posts and halls are not supposed to do this.

i think halls that are family owned are more willing to do this. ones that are owned by corporations or larger business usually will not.

i agree. halls can get in a lot of trouble if they do this. so, if they are, dont share it online.
