Tsk Tsk. Nice bowls!

Williams Sonoma. We just got the catalog like last week and I want their green mixing bowls. Even though I have an exact set in white, and another set of white ceramic mixing bowls.

Although their stuff is pricey, they really know all the little ways to make cooking and baking nicer. And prettier.

I get the organizing bug too once in a while, and I go nuts. I love boxes, I have at least 20 of these type boxes from Michael's:



Just not as ugly designed. They're all different colors, some with cute patterns, some not. I put all my old photos in them, cards, keepsakes I don't want to get rid of but don't know where to put...

And on Michael's website, I just found these magazine holders:



Again, ugly pattern but I really need these. Between the years of photography and gardening magazines, these things are everywhere.

There's a Williams-Sonoma outlet there, or a different store?

I have to be careful now that we're going to be looking for a house. Nothing that we have really matches, but we do have a lot of blue and green.

I just went on their site and they don't have the bowls that I saw anymore. It's probably the ones you saw - they were plastic, not ceramic. And dark green, not lime green.

Oh well.

Hi greeny - Yep, there's a WS outlet in Riverhead. They opened awhile ago. It's right next door to the PB one. They're connected so if you go in one you can get to the other.

That could be really. really. dangerous. Having PB and WS next to each other.

I can't tell DH, who is sitting right next to me. He'll want to go on a field trip, I assure you.

Wow...at least he'd want to go. Mine wouldn't. Bleh!!!

He likes PB more than I do. All that heavy wood and leather. With me, it's hit or miss. I'm not a big fan of anything distressed or country style, so a lot of it is lost on me.

And he's the cook. WS is such a cook's store. We would have registered there if it wasn't so inconvenient for our relatives.

I *love* PB's style but honestly, not so in love with the quality of some of their stuff. At least for what it costs. Now WS on the other hand...Ahhhh, I get a contact high from being in there. I love to cook and they have the *best* gadgets and whatnot in that store. I could seriously shop there for at least an hour and it's not that big of a store...Well at least the one in Smithaven isn't that big.

Where I get in trouble in WS is that wall where they have the little cubbies for all the handheld stuff. And, of course, the cooking counter where they have the free samples.

Last time I was in Roosevelt Field, I stopped into WS just so I could grab a couple of samples cus I was hungry.

Have you gotten their Easter catalog yet? SO cute. I want the personalized silicone spatulas. In green, of course.

I haven't gotten their easter catalog yet but I haven't ordered from them in a LONG time so I may have been booted from their list. I may have to go and sign up again to ensure I get one!!!
