maybe you could 'officially' ask your friends to be in the bridal party so that they are aware...but so that her feelings dont get hurt...you can give her a special job to do...like maybe a reading, being in charge of the guest book, or whatever else u can think of? that way she's included but not a 'real' bm???

if you are worried you should just delete this post... before any one sees it.... i know someone that is in a very similar situation.... i guess u might just have to grin and bear this one.... our fiance's gave to grin and bear a lot during this process... it stinks though
