bangs were a good decision for me.
I went back and forth over it for ever, because I am lame like that.
Just cut them in a long layer, so you can get the feel of how bangs-bangs would look. Then cut shorter next time if you like.

how large is your forehead? I basically don't have one so bangs are a PITA!!!!

I considered bangs - and then I remembered the agony of growing them out.
Also, I have wavy/curly hair and I'm lazy - am I answering your question?
If you are willing to do the 'work' and growing out doesn't torment you, then go for it.

If I had bangs, I'd fight them every morning to try to make them straight.
Unless you keep your hair wavy - then I guess they aren't work, right? What do you normally do?

I went back and forth about bangs too, but I ended up doing it and I love it.
You should get them cut longer so that when you want to you can just blend them into your hairstyle and this is a good way to try it out. If you like it, then you can get them cut shorter. It's great though because they can make your hair and look more versatile.

I have an abnormally large forehead that houses my super large mensa brain. So bangs were a great choice for me. Is it more work? Yes. Do I care? No. It is totally worth it. ![]()
