i dont know what games you've played in past but you can always do the baby bottle game. i always pick the boys to do it coz it looks more fun. buy the strongest nipple so they can't bite it-- you can really see them sucking that bottle!!! then their women needs to burp them.

when i had a baby shower for a close friend of mine, we played baby bingo and gave out little prizes, and i had coloring activities for the kids. i would suggest going to google and doing a search for baby shower games. you would be surprised on how many come up.
