a friend of a friend just got married there (ATlantica) on a Wednesday afternoon (fourth of July) and got an amazing rate...... Maybe if you got married on Columbus Day MOnday?
lol that when were getting married and we were set on that day! The quoted us a price per plate on a monday afternoon in the 210 price range i think.. and I beleive they are booked but its worth a try, espically with 90 days to go.. can you do everything in that time?!?

we looked into atlantica for columbus day weekend 2007 LAST SEPTEMBER and it was booked solid. and even so, they consider columbus day monday a normal weekend day, so it wouldn't have been any cheaper. we had to ixnay it because of the cost too!
