maybe not an attendant- but if you are not going to have one make sure that they have someone that goes into the restrooms and stocks everything and straightens up like every 30 minutes- i went to a wedding where they didnt do that and the bathroom was nasty by the end of the night.

tips for negotiating- it worked for me to compare their costs to another's-- i kept telling them that such and such offered this but that they were my first choice and if we could just come to terms, i would bring a deposit that day- eventually they broke down- be persistent!
