I just called upa few places today and it turns out that this crazy budget is doable! thanks to you guys! the halls are about 400 dollars (doesnt matter the date!!) and is for about 4 hours. you can add hours for about 50 to 75 dollars depending on the place and they give u one our before the event for free to decorate. these places have kitchens as well and can hold about 120 people with great room for dancing and music! i CANNOT WAITTT to go check them out. first place is this saturday. wish me luck! and please keep the great ideas coming!

I figured the places were between 300-500 for about 4 hours...
Let us know how everything works out, I knew it would be doable... And def check out craigslist for djs and photgraphy.. You can usually find good deal on there as well.... If I come across anything, Ill def let you know ASAP!
