FH's cousin had a a preggo MOH in the summer and she just sat when she needed to. if the MOH was sitting and his cousin had to stand or something, she just elected another BM to fix her train, etc.
as long as she eats drinks ALOT of water and isnt rushed too much, she should be fine. if you are willing to make a few alterations for her, then just explain that you'll do anything u can for her to be comfy bc having her as your MOH means that much 2 u

is your ceremony outside in the summer? that is the only time i'd be worried for her - it its cool and indoors she shoud be okay.....have a chair around anyways just in case....i think she can still be a perfect MOH for you! im sure some of your other BMs will help her out anway considering the situation....

there is no reason she should back down, if she is only 6-7 months preggo you can still function. i worked in retail until 2 weeks before i gave birth!! if she has a normal pregnancy she should be fine!

if she just found out now, she'll e about 6-7 months at the wedding. she might not be able to come to a wild bachelorette party, but she should be able to do everything else. and there are a ton of maternity dreses for BMs

My MOH is also preggo and she will be 6 months too. Not all the time does the Bridal party stand at the altar. My friends wedding we sat most of the time. She should be fine shes just nervous. I would tell her how important it is that you have her in your party.Good luck

My MOH is preggo and due 12 days before the wedding. Another of my bm's is preggo and will be 6-7 months at the wedding. They are both still in.
Make sure they don't have to stand through the ceremony and I think you'll be fine.

is your ceremony outside?? i think she will be fine, i was 8 months preggo in July and went to the beach...and didnt feel faint or anything like that, i think they should have a chair for her near-by just in case she needs one. the ceremony isnt a long period of time for her to stand
