REGARDLESS...the policy is ridiculous and I am sorry that I even sceduled an appt. there. I should have known a place like that (Bridal Reflections) asking for that kind of info was no good to begin with. I have patients of mine not show up for appts. and I never ask for their cc info or even think about charging them for a no show and thats regarding health issues. This place is a rip off.

Maybe that's because you did'nt schedule another date to see them, you stayed there that day and shopped with them.
i think i worded that wrong. i made my appointment over the phone, never did they ask for cc number. my experience there was really good, the attendant was very helpful and they even let me take pics of the dresses before they knew i was buying.

i would call the bank and tell them you didnt approve the charge and see if there is anything they can do

You can dispute the charge. You never signed the receipt and that is just ridiculous anyway.
