i think they warn u when u make the appointment, thats how they got your banking info right?
i think its messed up but u should have canceled if u knew they stink like that!!

It was a long time ago that I made the appointment so I dont remember but they did take my credit card info but it was my debit...which i normally never do but it was all i had on me at the time. They didnt even call me to confirm the appt.

I think they're not required to confirm any appointments...did they tell you about the charge if you didn't show up?
It is bad that they charged you for that appointment- why not challenge the charge/debit from your account and see what happens then?
You didn't get any service from them.

Also I'm glad that you got your gown at Lillette's I also got my gown from there and loved the service.

When I made my appointment they took my cc info and informed me that if I missed the appt. my cc would be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.
Mind you, I went and the service ****** Big Time.
Thank God I didn;t find my dress there!

They told me this when I made an appointment so I canceled it. I can't give anybody business that charges for a missed appointment when you are looking to spend thousands of $$$ It's not like they're coming to you.

WOW! Not cool.

Thats insane!! I never knew of any place that did that! They must be desperate for money if they have to charge for missing an appoinment.

I would give it a try-- sometimes it does work.
I never went to Bridal Refections but I also think the policy stinks!
