How much deposit did you leave? Can you get out of contract? Call them & ask.

Well it's up to you. I guess you can still shop around. Sometimes it is worth it to lose the $400- then to have pictures you may be unhappy with.
See what else is out there & that may make you feel better. I am sure your pics will be beautiful. The company has been around a long time.
