I hear ya! It has also been 2 months since Ive seen my fiancee! He lives in PA and I live on LI, and I have been SO busy with school and work that I havent had a chance to see him. Does your fiancee live out of state or was he just away on business or something? Not trying to be nosy, I was just wondering how many other brides are in my predicament.

I'm in the same boat as Imagin916. My FH lives in Philadelphia and I'm on LI. I see him everyother weekend or so. Are you planning on moving there once you guys are married?

He also lives in the Philly area (Collegeville). We are not sure yet if we are going to stay here or move there. I would like to stay here for a year than possibly buy a house there, since I cant afford a house here. We would LOVE to live in NYC, but we feel its a waste of money to pay all that rent when we can use that money towards a house. I have not seen him since New Years, and I am going crazy. I have such a crazy schedule between doing 24 hours a week in my internship plus the 12 hours of classroom time on top of working 8 or 16 hours on the weekend (I work as an LPN)! I am in school for my RN and am graduating in May, so at least after that I might actually get to see him sometime! What are you planning on doing? Living here? Have you been pretty much planning the wedding alone like I have? He gives me some input, but I attend all the showcases and booked all my vendors with my mom or my sister. Keep in touch!

I understand what you mean. I would be able to move there after graduation in May, except for the fact that I will make almost $20,000 more here than I will there, and that difference in money is going to pay for most of my wedding. He is taking classes for his masters degree as well as being stuck in a lease for his apartment, so its not reasonable for him to come here (as well as the expense of an apartment right now). We too have a 2 year long distance relationship, and I understand exactly how you feel. I just keep thinking that when I get a job I will only have to work 3 12-hour shifts a week so I will be able to travel more to visit him. When is your wedding?

You are all lucky that you aren't that far and have the option of seeing your FH with a drive away. Robeymuse understands how I feel I see my FH about every 60 days or so if I'm really luck I will see FH again in April, then in May for Graduation then probably not again until either end of July or more likely mid August.
