you are not overreacting at all! just let her know that your bridal shower will be then do you guys have mutual friends? that will go to your bridal showers?? She needs to realize it! sooner or later take care and good luck

Is the actual date of your shower going to be a surprise to you? Is it possible that they're just trying to set up a cover story to throw you off -- make you think you're going to her shower, but it's really yours?

youre def not overreacting, she getting married 2 months after you and with weddings so close she should consider when you have your stuff set up especially since your BOTH is eachorther's bp's

Not to sound nasty but maybe she is just as excited about her wedding as you are about yours. She is probably preoccupied with her own wedding as most brides are.

Hopefully it is a cover up for your party but it might not be.

This is just my opinion so I hope I don't get slaughter for it.

Sorry you are in this situation. She should understand that her wedding isnt the only thing on your mind! And it would be nice of her to ask your Mom when she was planning yours!
