I would tell her that you are upset, and see what happens, if it really upsets you, then you should be able to talk to her about it.

I agree. Tell her how you feel. She may not realize how important it is to you that she be there, and she may even feel honored!

you guys definitely need to talk this out. your sister may not realize the importance of this to you. i think the further away (time-wise) people get from their own weddings, they forget all the hard work and anticipation that builds. have a heart to heart and see what happens.
