I wonder this too. We are so different from each other.

I think the key is to try to think like them and not let our emotions get the best of us.

Continue to work on your communication with each other. Be mindful of what upsets him or makes him tick.

Our therapist says that communication is key in a relationship and we don't have that so we fight all the time, it really stinks!!

I know it ****s, men and women are just totally different species. They have no clue and we do. Me and fh haven't spoken in a few days b/c we are both stubborn and won't call each other but he was wrong so he better call me or I will be looking for a new vendor (SEXY MALE WANTED WHO ISN'T STUBBORN)

Jenny, sounds like my FH he used to be like that.

You have to nip this in the bud now. Let him know that you will NOT tolerate this or he will continue to take advantage of what he sees as weakness.

When he ignores you- how do you react?

Communication is definitely the tie that binds. You have to tell him that you are sad and/or you can't talk about it right now when you continues to rant and rave. Cool off and start over with what is the root of the argument.
both of you need to listen to each other speak, wait 30 seconds before you respond. You may avoid saying heat of the moment remarks that enflame the other person.
