That sounds like a good idea. I am going with Laurie (aliaspook), so I will speak to her about this and let you know. The only thing is that, Otto's is mot right next to the boat. We can go to 48 Wyckoff which is a bar (they also have a restuarant next to it) that is right across the street from the boat.

The address of the bar is 48 Woodcleft and it is right across the street from the Nautical Princess.
