Yes, and I love it! The hours are totally flexible and there seems to be a bigger selection of equipment than Levittown or Bayshore. Lake Grove is pretty good too.

I got to the onein Levittown but I have thought of trying the Copaigue one some time... I hear it is nicer.

That's my gym too!!! I go to Spin class on Saturday at 9:30 regularly. I just did Kwando Flex last night for the first time and LOVED it. The instructor was fantastic. I forgot her name but she'll be back in two weeks and will then teach it and the Step class permanently on Wed nights.

I'm going to Spin and BOSU tonight at 6 and 6:30. Will anyone else be there?
